Silicone Implants have
long been a subject of great debate and are often an
option that small busted women seriously consider. The
idea of increasing your breast size permanently without
the fuss of finding padded or liquid filled bras or
using breast enhancers, seems extremely tempting and
at some point or another, we have all phoned for a glossy
brochure from a surgeons clinic! Before and after pictures
of perfectly round full breasts has us looking at bank
balances and planning how to raise the money but ultimately
the thought of problems and risks, not to mention the
pain makes us consider alternatives. The pros are probably
far outweighed by the cons but just the thought of having
larger breasts can swing the argument and have us rushing
off to the surgeon!
The truth is it really is down to the
individual as to whether or not you have breast implants.
If you are seriously considering implants, try to be
as knowledgeable as possible. Try reading up on the
subject so that you can make an informed choice. We

on the subject. Always remember that their is no rush.
Don't ever feel pressurized into making appointments
for the operation or handing over payment. Give yourself
a couple of weeks after any consultations to think about
it. Don't feel embarrassed to ask your surgeon whether
they have satisfied patients who would be happy to talk
to you. Take time to find the best surgeon and ask for
recommendations from your GP.
