Many women wear the same size bra for
their entire life. Breasts constantly change shape and
size throughout your life meaning different size bras
are required. It is important to measure regularly if
you are going to be wearing a bra. Use the following
chart and instructions as a guideline:
Take a tape measure and take two measurements
A and B in centimetres.
Measurement A should be taken around the
fullest part of your bust.
Measurement B should be taken under the
breasts, around the rib age. The tape measure should
be held firmly, but not too tight.
Take measurement A and B and refer to
the chart below.
