Here are some simple exercises that won't
even cause you to break out in a sweat. These five-minute
exercises will strengthen your pectoral muscles, which
will in turn improve your breasts by firming and lifting
them:
1. Bring your hands together above your
head and hold for a few seconds. Repeat up to 10 times.
Doing this a couple of times a week is enough to notice
a difference.
2. This next exercise involves you getting
in a sort of prayer position. Press your palms together
in front of your breasts. Press for five seconds, relax
and repeat again 10 times.
3. This one's called the finger
grip. Grip your fingers together at shoulder height
and then try to pull apart without letting go. Hold
for five seconds then let go. Repeat the exercise ten
times.
